  We were referred to Property Buyer to help our family find a new family home.
  
  From the very first meeting, Nick established good rapport, and more importantly trust… almost instantly. He was genuinely curious about our requirements and asked all the right questions to quickly understand exactly what we were after.
  
  Within a fortnight he had handpicked 5 properties for us, each of them were amazing – however the very first absolutely blew us away.
  
  As luck would have it, it was completely out of our price range, by a significant sum! However, Nick’s experience and steely resolve, led to him signalling to the Sales Agent we were somewhat interested (obviously not coming across too keen). Within 2.5 business days he had convinced the Sales Agent to convince the buyer to drop the asking price – substantially!
  
  Nick saw that this was the moment to seize the opportunity to snare the property before auction, and coached us into putting in a compelling offer, accompanied by a good deposit and a 66W to start the negotiation process.
  
  We submitted the first offer on the Thursday morning, and by late that evening Nick had secured the property for us – on our very first offer.
  
  Nick is the pivotal reason why my wife and I have secured our family’s forever home.

  Most people make very few property purchases. Even if you've been watching markets and planning ahead it's a very steep learning curve with many unkowns. It's an area where if I'm realistic, I'm far from expert. So we engaged Munro's expertise and have no regrets.
  
  Munro impressed us from the outset with his approach to helping us with our recent purchase.
  
  The most important issue, prior to sign up was helping us clearly understand for ourselves - then explain to him - how the new property fitted into our bigger life plans. That process in itself was worthwhile for the confidence it brought us.
  
  Upon signing, he swung into action, immediately organising a property inspection and the relevant reports, along with evidence based value comparisons.
  
  His negotiations on our behalf meant we could carry on with normal life while the contract process progressed.
  
  What was very impressive and, frankly, impossible for us to match, was his knowledge of areas and the people involved. That gave him the edge in negotiating. And we were very satisfied.
  
  Financially he paid for himself, but even more, when I felt out of my depth, he was always there, with advice and encouragement.
