  Thanks guys for the lovely service and quick move, Ray and his guys got here 10mins prior and checked all our furniture to see how the move will take place, very impressed the way all my furniture was able to fit in one truck load.
  
  The guys were very careful and wrapped all my fragile stuff in blankets. The price was very fair,
  
  I read some of the reviews and was reluctant at first but then had no choice as I couldn't find anyone else. To my surprise the guys were very professional and fast, Thanks again and I would highly recommend!

  CAUTION. Will not recommend.
  
  Firstly arrives 45 minute late, makes the move reserved parking invalid without any apology.
  
  Then breaks one of the monitors and tries to say “how do we know it’s not broken before the move, or after the move. You should have opened up ALL of your boxes and unwrapped everything before our guys left.” One of the absolutely worst removalists you will ever see if you choose to ignore this review.

  Never turned up on the day of moving, even though I had booked them 1 month in advance and had confirmed with them that they were coming the night before. They messaged me in the morning saying they were too tired and would not be coming! I was left in a panic state as I had to move out on that day due to lease expiring. Never hire these guys as they may not turn up. This is unbelievable and plainly just not right!

  Poor service. Unbelievable, unreliable, disrespectful. Two people, one of them old and they were asking us to move everything. They couldn't move furniture, couldn't stack appropriately and utilise space in truck, couldn't communicate, disappeared in their truck without letting us know and came back after an hour, wasted hours and money of ours. Really exhausted, unbelievable. Never ever recommended. This company should be legally banned for causing health problems and stress.

  They come 3 hours and 15 mins late, unbelievable service/people. They message me they will be late for 1 hour and then later keep saying they were on the way for next 2 hr & 15 mins. Even through, they come more than 3 hours later than the appointment time, there was no proper explanations or apology at all. They said, will give $30 discount for being late (I DON"T CARE $30). So, they finished moving my furniture at 9: 10 pm, it's started raining and all my furnitures and books got wet :(. There are many scratches in my furnitures as well. When they finished moving, it was 10 mins over and they were asking for half an hour pay. When I refused to pay, one of the remover was getting sort of aggressive (shouting) and said he can even extra charge for his speaking time. Because of his unpleasant behavior, I paid whatever they asked for (sort of scary). They have very poor English language and communications as well. I have A BIG REGRET by using this service. I will NEVER EVER recommend this service to use to my friends. VERY VERY BAD SERVICE.
