  Superb quality and classic mid century design on the King Boulevard lounge. It is a premium product so it will be expensive. Long wait due to COVID - over 3 months from purchase. Sam and Karl the deliverers were fast and professional. Only recommendation is to offer a lighter colour option for the lounge legs. You only have black and walnut. You need an oak option especially for a scandi styled lounge. The dark legs do not match my other furniture.

  Not sure where these last few people went because, I found everyone at this Showroom to be extremely friendly. I was greeted by 4 different people even though they were busy. Had a fantastic time, great energy in there. Thanks Tallis for the service

  Worst customer experience I have had.
  Ordered a table in January, waited 3 months for the wrong table to be delivered. Was told the table would now be delivered by June (6 months after I ordered it) and still have yet to receive a delivery date.
  Was promised by the customer service rep, Cindy, that I would get a refund until the table was delivered, but they just never paid it back.
  So here I am, nearly 6 months waiting for a table I have fully paid for with no delivery date!

  Dobrin and Leo were amazing at setting up our lounges and light, they were so nice and explained everything to us, thanks guys and PS please pass this on to them as I will check with them at a later date.

  Bought a bed with accessories of attaching lights and charging table to go either side of the bed. Months waiting, of course as King won’t manufacture in Australia. Irrespective, the bed side lights buzz! Pointed out instantly to the installation person who was ambivalent. The Charging tables don’t properly charge and keeps turning off, meaning your phone lights up every 10 minutes throughout the night. Clearly unacceptable.
  I have complained to King who deferred me to customer service who will allegedly contact me ‘within 5 business days’. So having waited almost 5 months for delivery, its faulty and now I’m given the 5 business days nonsense to even speak to me about the problem. Utterly unacceptable King Living. Disgusting in fact, and whilst no doubt you will have no choice but to resolve the faulty product, you are unlikely to get my business in the future.
