  Holistic Physio fitness are the most professional, well educated and friendly clinic on the northern beaches!. Ryan, Andrew and Craig have all treated our family and we leave with loads of knowledge on how to recover well from our training and how to rehab any body parts that need more attention, in order for us to keep as healthy and pain free as possible.
  We highly recommend these guys and know that anyone who goes there is going to be in the best hands possible!

  I’ve had a great experience at Holistic Physio Fitness - very knowledgeable, caring and hands-on practitioners and great facilities. Would absolutely recommend! Definitely reasonably priced and good location, with easy access.

  The team at Holistic Physio Fitness are the best is Sydney in my opinion. For over 20 years I've seen lots of different physios across Sydney with my ongoing back and knee issues. Craig, Ryan, Andrew and the team at Holistic Physio are absolute guns - developing a comprehensive treatment plan addressing the root cause of my issues. Result is that now I have less reliance on physio visits... Really lucky to have them on the northern beaches – 5 stars for sure! Thanks again guys

  Can’t recommend enough. Craig has sorted out my neck, back, shoulder and hip on multiple occasions over the last few years. Fantastic place.

  This is the best physio around – I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve had a few different injuries over the years and these guys have got me up and going in no time. They are thorough, and give you very realistic recovery exercises to do at home which work around a busy schedule. I couldn’t recommend Ryan and Andrew highly enough; fantastic people, absolute professionals.

  I've seen 2 of the physios and they were great. I had horrible lower back and hip pain and not only did they reduce the pain they also gave me stretches to strengthen the muscles to prevent the pain reoccurring. Amazing results

  I am currently completing an Exercise Science degree at ACU where Andrew is tutoring me in the subject of Exercise Rehabilitation. I can say in all honesty that due to Andrews teaching style and enthusiasm that this has been my favourite subject and the one I have taken the most from. I have no doubt that in the future I shall continue to seek out Andrew for further advice and treatment.
