    Happiest I have ever been with a bank. No fees and service is always fast and friendly when ever I have had to call them for anything. A great bank for those who want to manage their finances all online with multiple accounts.

    I’m a long term customer and used to enjoy the service ING provides. However, the quality had lately been on decline. The term of savings rates are tricky making sure you won’t receive the premium savings rate. Customer service is poor and provides little to no support

    Online service has been good. International withdrawals and ATM Rebates processed instantly. Never needed to call them which is great! Unfortunately they dropped their savings interest rates by 0.5% within 2 months from 2.8% to 2.3%. Overall still better than in comparison to the Big4 banks.

    We swapped to ING when we started our BFI journey. The best thing we have ever done. I recommend them to everyone now! Why pay one of the big four when you can be with a bank that gives back to its customers

    Good bank. As a British citizen, it was easy to apply for an account online when I arrived. Did have to go to Sydney CBD bank to verify my identify though, but was the only time. They offer an online chat service which is convenient. Overall good service, good Android app, easy to transfer and make payments, etc.
