I dispatched a GoldPak from Melbourne to Sydney to the Gold Company. There is no confirmation of an itemised receipt of items so who knows that they receive from Australia Post? There was a very large amount of gold jewellery, some with diamonds and most intact for their resale. The total amount was half an ounce which astounds me and makes me wonder about the honesty of this Company. Bad experience and if you do not have to sell your gold jewellery, please keep it.
