As a school teacher I have observed that kids who do Martial arts have a really good base for sports and further education. What I loved about this Academy is that it teaches discipline and values on top of self defense skills. And it's a super friendly place as well!

I almost joined one of the big franchise gyms but when I went to this Academy (located within the VT1 building) the programs, people and coaches were just amazing. My wife does the Kids and Parents classes and Jiu Jitsu has become our art we bond together on as a family. Highly recommened!
