  I absolutely adore my visits to Luna!
  Fay gives the most incredible facials (I have dreams about her scalp massage!) and is so knowledgeable about natural beauty and skincare.
  She’s a wonderful naturopath and a wealth of information on all things wellness and wellbeing.
  It’s truly a treat to visit this special space.

  I had a fantastic facial at the Luna Apothecary. Fay has thoughtfully designed her treatments and uses only the highest quality products. My skin felt rejuvenated, and the experience itself was wonderfully relaxing. I would highly recommend coming here.

  I love Fay's relaxing facials with the best natural ingredients - and I say that being a naturopath myself! My skin loves it but it is also such beautiful pampering calmness to enjoy. Luna Apothecary is also a favourite of mine when I am looking for gifts and spreading the goodness with vouchers.

  I wish I had know about Luna Apothecary earlier! I have been on the hunt for stockists of living libations, soapwalla, and all my other other favorite skincare brands and this is a one stop shop for all things wellness. I'd book a facial with Fay in a heartbeat if I were not leaving the country. Thank you for creating such a thoughtfully curated shop. I truly wish I had know about Luna Apothecary sooner :)

  Taking the time to review this place because it is truly worth it. The shop part is beautifully decorated and feels magical straight upon arrival, and the quality of all the products is seriously amazing. You can tell that Fay is taking so much time and effort into curating each one of them, and the shopping experience if you are after clean beauty feels so relaxed as there's no need to stress about what's in each product. I've bought so many different types of products from make up to skin care or perfume and they are all luxurious and giving you a real spa at home experience. All the staff is super knowledgable and gives you the best recommendation for your skin type. The facials are equally amazing and there is just nothing like that anywhere else in Sydney. Every product used is completely clean, luxurious and your skin is left truly fresh and glowy unlike a chemical facial from any other place. I've had Angie for every one of my facials and she is the nicest facialist that I've ever had, truly kind and giving you a real relaxation moment. In short, the best one-stop shop for clean high-quality beauty that you will always want to come back to.

  For a therapeutic experience where you get what you pay for, DO NOT COME HERE.
  
  I paid for my treatment in advance and turned up 15 minutes early, as advised. During that 15 mins, instead of filling out my details or getting an assessment of my skin as promised, I was subjected to a hardy sales pitch. She told me that the treatment I had bought was not good and recommended something else which was twice the price. When showing interest in the recommended, much pricier, treatment.. she then up-sold again and tacked on another treatment. To which, I finally resolved to reject.
  
  I insisted that we proceed with the treatment I bought in the first place - why offer it, if it's so bad?!
  
  The rest of the session was completed in bitter silence to which she roughly handled my skin and did a very superficial job of treating it. Then when it was time to leave, she practically pushed me out saying that it's time for me to leave quickly because she had to get the place ready for someone else. She spent 15 mins on me and I'm sure that had I bought into her up-sell she would have had much more time and patience for my business. As I was leaving she warned me that the treatment I settled for might make me develop pimples, freckles and sun sensitivity - it would be my own fault because I didn't do as she said. Great.
  
  The funny thing is that she used this stupid anecdote about her getting her teeth cleaned at one place for cheap and then getting it cleaned at another for double the price. The place for double the price was a better service. This was her message to me in a nutshell.
  
  Anyway, I found this Jennifer Lee to be incredibly disingenuous and quite pushy. It's a real pity actually. Such an exhausting experience!
  
  And my skin? Looks the same as when I walked in. Hope I don't get an infection!

  WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever been subjected to from a business, and I walked away with no treatment.
  
  I purchased a voucher to use for a treatment at this location, and I was completely robbed. I showed up five minutes early, and the owner Jennfier screamed at me for not being 15 minutes early. She claimed that my business had no value to her because she does not make any money off the vouchers from partners (Living Social, Our Deal, Deal Fetch, etc.). She tried to tell me the name I gave her on the phone wasnt the same name that was on my voucher. I go by Caity and my full name is Caitlin, and she still grilled me about it!
  
  I recently had had another treatment done, and she said she could not perform what I purchased because it was too close to this other treatment. I have had this done in the past, and no other clinic in Sydney I've been to has said you cant have these treatments that close together. She even had the nerve to say my skin was so bad because Ive probably had the wrong treatments this whole time. This was taking one look at my skin in poor lighting and I had full coverage makeup on! She did NOT call, text, or email to confirm my appointment at all leading up to the day, and there was NO mention or warning that she could not perform this treatment if others had been done previously.
  
  She completely refused me service, and said I could purchase the difference of the treatment for the full price, and I couldnt come back for two months to get it fulfilled. She did not offer to give me another service of equal value, and was incredibly rude and disrespectful. She said my voucher would be forfeited and I would get nothing if I rescheduled and would have to pay the full price of the treatment.
  
  So essentially I purchased a deal from this place and was left with NOTHING, she took my voucher and I had to walk out. The woman who owns and operates this business is INCREDIBLY mean and disrpectful, and does NOT deserve your money. She has no concept of politeness or how to treat a client. I've been to so many other amazing facial clinics and specialists in Sydney, please stay away from this place. There are lots of vouchers out there for Lee Creative Beauty, be careful if you get one, her business is clearly struggling and she does not respect voucher clients the same as full paying customers. I was completely robbed of this money that I paid for her services.
