  Cakes are too sweet, ice cream with the waffle is also too sweet, flavors are not great.
  No flexibility to swap the cake with profiteroles and pay the difference..
  I think Lindt is only good in chocolate not any other dessert..

  We were there last night to finish off a fabulous night celebrating my mums 70th birthday. We grabbed 5 cuppacinos. It tasted like warm milk. There was no taste of coffee, no froth or chocolate on top. Advised your waitress and she replied 'I didn't make it'. Then walked off.
  So as we left without drinking it, we didn't want to leave it on the table, so we took it to the staff to throw it out. I said there is no coffee taste. It tastes like warm milk. The guy that was on the register turns around and says that's just the way it is. I said well that's not right.
  I think you need to get better staff and train them. I have been there a few times been disappointed but last night convinced us ever again.

  Staff are very rude to customers, when asked to speak to manager he didn't seem to want to resolve the problem. Would never go back or recommend.

  Lindt cafe delicious chocolate. Great macarons.
  Just a nice place to relax at darling Harbour

  Staff is very rude and disrespectful!!! I have repeated my order for 2 times and they didn’t bring the coffee and their excuse was that the manager forgot to include it. When I was ordering he was checking around and didn’t listen. That’s ridiculous guys, change your attitude towards your clients ;) other than that Lindt is very successful in their products and everything was very delicious!!!
