  NOT IMPRESSED!! I booked the lunch time cruise for February 14 for six family and friends, three from interstate, to celebrate a 70th birthday. When I booked a few weeks earlier, I was given a complementary hour, ie, a three hour cruise, boarding and disembarking at Circular Quay. Just prior to boarding I was informed that,because of the extra Valentines Day trips, the cruise would only be two hours, which I graciously acknowledged. We sailed out at 12.50pm. Most other passengers already on board had eaten by this time so as soon as we settled, we attended the buffet which by then was reduced to one serving area. The meal was mediocre at best!
  We were still eating and having coffee when the boat docked at Darling Harbour and we were aware that passengers were disembarking. On inquiring, we were told that the boat was not returning to the Quay and we would have to leave the boat at Darling Harbour. This was only 80 minutes of the supposed 2 hour cruise, at the cost of $79 per head!! We also then had to find our own way back to Circular Quay!
  We complained at the booking & information office at Darling Harbour and were eventually refunded $20 per person! Absolutely NOT good enough, should have been a full refund, and I will never be recommending Magistic Cruises to anyone!!
  I will also be following this up by contacting the Australian Cruise Group of which Magistic Cruises is a part.

  I love Sydney Harbour and being on the Majestic made it a great experience. The staff is very friendly and the food is great. I can only recommend this experience.
