  we orderd a airport transfer pick us up, when we arrived we were expecting it to be there on time ended up waiting 40 minutes until it arrived. when we arrived to the hotel we were checked in immediately, that was the highlight of our experience with posh hotel. When we entered the room the bed was hardly made, I remade the bed which there wasn't even a cover for the blanket it was just two sheets folded around it and was also stained. There was also rubbish hidden in the foot rest from the previous Guest. There was also no tea, coffee, or soap. Our balcony was disgusting with cigarette butts all over the ground. Out of all 3 days we put out our make up our room sign, never once did they step inside to refresh our room only to throw soap straight on our bed they never gave us clean sheets or towels. The service was terrible every time we asked for toilet paper, soap, tea or coffee they'd either forget about it or just couldn't be bothered to bring it to our room making us go down and get it ourself. The bathroom floor was disgusting looked like it hadn't been mopped for weeks. Overall you'd find better service and cleaner rooms at a back packers. Definitely wasn't worth the price we paid, very disappointed.
