- Janice Scelzo Added September 01, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Disgusted by the treatment today. Arrived from Bunnings Alexandria (45 minutes driving later and 10 minute wait to get in due to numbers in shop). So Bunnings Alexandria you also deserve zero stars for sending me to Randwick without actually checking to see if the item I was seeking was there. Not only was I verbally abused but told to call Bunnings Alexandria to tell them not to keep sending customers to Randwick for items they haven’t confirmed are in stock. Apparently that’s how they communicate with one another. Through customer complaints. So here ya go.

The issue was resolved by the duty manager Omesh who helped me to finalise the purchase. He stayed back and kept one of the registers open so that I could buy the product I wanted. Great customer service. 5 star
- Michelle Badato Added August 21, 2020★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆The smallest bunnings I have ever been in. Its quite tight packed and tiny aisles. It was hard to find a staff member on the floor but they seem under staffed.
The girl at the counter wasnt the friendliest. She could at least smile and greet us. Parking is limited at randwick but that's the case in the eastern Suburbs. As always, you get what you need at bunnings which is good. A Bunnings school of trades could really put more workforce in.order more money in the hands of volunteers. Trade in old tools for new.
Teach people's to work with their own hands.
