From the very first consult to each and every post op follow up he is very attentive and answers any and all questions you may have so that you feel well informed off both the whole process of the surgery but also post op care.
He really listened and understood what I wanted from my surgery and delivered that 110%. I couldn't be happier with my breast reduction. Dr Merten did such a fantastic job, it's literally changed my life so much, giving me so much more confidence and happiness.
His team are also fantastic. They are really friendly and just make you feel very comfortable. They are very organised and very eager to answer any questions you may have or offer help in any way if you need it.
Dr Merten and his team are one that you can have complete confidence in because they deliver nothing but excellence.
