  Good service. Jeff is very professional, he gives an explanation of the situation and what he needs to do. I asked for the price and he gave a breakdown. As the carpet has not been cleaned for quite some time, I had to adjust my expectation for the price. A job well done. Thanks again Jeff.

  My wife booked a tile cleaning service from this company and they quoted $7.50 per square meter and the minimum charge is $150. Even their website says that they charge per square meter. However, when the technician arrives, he assessed the area to be cleaned and confirmed that the area is roughly 10 square meters and in that case, they should charge the minimum amount of $150. The technician refused to do the job for $150 saying bathroom tiles are different and need another $150 to do the bathroom which costs $300 to clean 10 square meter area. Also, when asked about the per square meter charge, the technician said he's not charging per square meter. Called the company multiple times but they didn't offer a solution. Had to ask the guy to leave. Not professional at all.

  Jeffery did a great job for us. I also liked Jeff's talks and sense of humor. Carpets of our living room and 2 bedrooms were as new after the cleaning. The staff responded quickly to our phones and emails and were very courteous in the communication.
  I was surprised to see the difference in my carpet before and after the cleaning. Attached are some photos taken during the cleaning. Will certainly hire them again.

  I had Tess come to my unit today and he cleaned my carpet and he did an amazing job. I took his recommendation to get a sanitiser clean because I have a dog and it really made a big difference and the carpet looks and smells amazing. I Would definitely recommend the service.

  We had Jeffrey come out. He was amazing! He was prompt and even asked if he could come earlier than the allotted time which was awesome! He was personable, friendly and very fast and efficient. We will definitely be using this company again for our 6 month carpet cleaning maintenance. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
