I have been practising meditation for a long time, and assumed I will learn something new. We were 8 enthusiast in the room and we were shown the video of how people have felt after the session and were not given some actual sneak peak of the session considering the amount of fee they charge. I am sure maharishi principle whom they follow must be turning in heaven. There are eight steps before you start TM, and here you are straight into TM. To get the Uni degree starting from primary is the only solution.

But when I learnt Transcendental Meditation I was like "this is it!" I've finally found the REAL DEAL meditation from the Himalayas in it's purity. It is so powerful yet so so simple and I can't tell you what a relief it is to have a technique that is effortless rather than trying to control the mind. Well worth the money and I'm recommending it to all my friends. :)

It was a bit rough at first but regular practice has enabled me to get to a calmer, more centred place. I also sleep way better which helps me perform optimally at work. I would recommend TM to anyone who wants a better life... Best Wishes.
