  Once again, Troy has delivered an outstanding piece for my wife for our 10th year anniversary. I can always trust that he will create something that we will love.
  When having jewellery hand made there is always apprehension about the finished product. But with Troy, I am always excited because I know he will exceed expectations.
  This is our 9th experience with Troy and we couldn't be happier. And with that he is an all round nice guy. Thank you!

  Troy Clancy made the ring exactly how my wife envisioned it and provided outstanding customer service. He gave us a tour of his workshop and patiently explained the different technologies he applies to create all his jewellery from scratch (he made a video showing step by step making the ring). He listened to what she wanted her 50th anniversary eternity ring to look and feel like and suggested a number of option resulting in a beautiful ring that she cherishes so dearly. We even left my wife's diamonds rings, pearl necklace at his workshop because Troy kindly offered to repair and reset the diamonds free of charge. Our friends and family both in Italy and in England absolutely adore and love the ring.
  Thank you again Troy for your patience, honesty and above all for being such a down to earth person.

  I was looking for a very specific Argyle Pink Diamond for my wife, which seemed to be very difficult to find. Thankfully I had a good friend introduce me to Troy. At first I though he was far to young to know anything about jewellery, but I was pleasantly surprised. He was able to locate and purchase on my behalf an Argyle Tender diamond at a very competitive price. Then he spent a considerable amount of time to design a ring that was just perfect for the occasion. Troy you are a true gentleman, fair, not pushy and your craftsmanship is at an international standard that cannot be faulted. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. Scott.

  Troy did an amazing job of my engagement ring! I wanted something classic and timeless, but a design that would do justice to the beautiful rock going in to it! After a lot of guidance and trust in Troy, he designed and made the most perfect ring I could ever hope for!! I would absolutely recommend Troy to anyone looking for something special and unique. You can really tell he is passionate about his job, as he seems to get just as excited as me about the project! I can't wait for the next time I get an opportunity to get something made by him again!
