  The recent legal review of two Building Contracts associated with our Strata Plan’s Pool Upgrade Project was my second experience with Richard.
  This time I was heavily involved in the detail and Richard’s logical approach and expert advice guided me through the process seamlessly.
  The outcome will now ensure that any required legal remediation is now available to our Owners Corporation. Richard provided a cost effective solution with a positive outcome on what could have been a costly exercise.   The worst legal experience of my life. I spent more than $100'000 in legal fees with these hopeless lawyers and got treated like rubbish.
  They almost missed evidence submission dates because they are so disorganised. Asking me 48hrs before the hearing for all evidence again because they'd lost it all.
  When two of my matters were almost complete and i got upset that they were doing nothing. They terminated their services. Leaving me absolutely stuck. Then they even stalled and any delayed giving me my files intentionally.
  Then i found others with similar experiences.
  Their fees are too high
  They do not reply to all emails or calls and string you along for weeks and months.
  Imagine your trying to resolve a legal matter and your lawyer refuses to get back to you for weeks no matter how many calls and emails you send.
  They left me desperate and so upset.
  I've taken the matter up with the legal services commission.
  This is all accurate so i can't be sued for defamation
