  I would like to draw attention to the absolutely rude, bullying and unprofessional 'service' offered to three different bank clients around 10.40A.M on Friday June 2 by MARILINNA,working from Counter 2. She yelled at the first customer because she did not want to handle the issue the lady needed help with - and then made public the case by discussing it with her neighbouring teller. When asked to speak to someone more senior, she again rudely stomped off and came back to advise no one would be available for 30-60 minutes. The net lady was collecting change. As this needed to be taken from somewhere in a back office she rudely said to the client: "STAY" - as though she was speaking to a dog! The woman was stunned - understandably. The third client was a couple wanting to have change counted and deposited. Marilinna told them this was not a service offered at this branch and that she would not be counting the change. All of this behavior took place with a line of 5-7 customers waiting and noting her rudeness. I will be sure not to visit the branch again if team members of this calibre are the norm here.
