  Rob is definitely one of the best personal trainers out there! He is such a kind and supportive trainer, and has helped me become more confident in weight-lifting, learn new skills with Muay Thai and has totally optimised my form.   The Body Therapist is the exact perfect name to describe the quality and results I have seen in my own personal fitness and recovery. Working with Rob has been therapy to my body and helped me get fit again.   I had Rob as my personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach for 2 years. Rob is extremely passionate about his clients and has strong work ethics. Every sessions is tailored based on your needs and goals. He made a huge difference in my training regiment, and helped with my compound exercises and losing body fat. I absolutely recommend Rob as a coach and PT.

  Rob is excellent and knowledgeable at what he does, he is highly motivated to bring results to every individual who entrusts him with their personal physical development and recovery. With over 10 years’ experience in training, our therapists and trainers have worked with NRL athletes, MMA athletes, kickboxers, amateur and professional bodybuilders and Australian Defence Force members. We have also proudly assisted in maintaining the health and wellbeing of doctors and some of Australia’s leading surgeons.
