  After having a misfortune injury in a work accident I was lucky enough to have Beilby Poulden Costello Firm.Melissa Portelli handled my claim and she was excellent from start to finish. She explained everything clearly to me, answered all my questions and was always available. She made a very stressful time much easier by her professional attitude and extensive knowledge. I also found Mark Nelson to be very proactive and efficient.I was genuinely amazed and grateful on the amount awarded to me. I would highly recommend Melissa to anyone facing a similar situation to mine.

  After suffering an accident in the workplace,which required major surgery I was unsure how to negotiate the journey going forward.
  
  I was recommended to consult Mark Nelson from BPC. At the initial meeting my husband and I felt very at ease with Mark as he explained the process going forward if we were to proceed with Legal action

  I used to be a case manager in workers compensation and now I’m an injured claimant due to motor vehicle accident.   I was so fortunate to have chosen BPC Lawyers and to have been assigned Tim Driscoll. My case was for Bullying and harassment in the workplace, and although the Insurance company made me jump through many hoops, Tim and his team guided me through the toughest time of my life. He made me feel valued and appreciated. I have only just settled , but wanted to say that I never had any issues at all with BPC , they were very professional and extremely kind and helpful.
