    I've been here a number of times with my partner, and at Easter time I decided to come here alone. Great coffee and food, although the weekday lunch service can be a little slow. Was super impressed with the great, friendly service; and for my peppermint tea and fruit tart combo for only $10 :) :) If you also ask for a glass of water, they'll give it to you, nice and icy cold. Being part of the Hilton, nice service is expected. All good :)

    This might just be the best coffee in Sydney, they have their own house blend which is consistently good, and all of their food is homemade. Friendly services and very well priced.

    My wife and I had an afternoon tea here on Saturday. Everything was good except for the hot chocolate she ordered, apparently there was a bug in her drink.
    This is unacceptable especially coming from Hilton. We addressed the situation to a staff member and she apologised and made a new one.

    I was excited to try this cafe but was left disappointed. Service was extremely slow. Sat there for an hour and requested for water thrice. Never got it. I ordered a combo (scone plus coffee) listed in the menu but was told that the scone wasn’t available. I replaced it with a bagel and was charged higher than the combo price.
