Alas, the lean beef sausage roll that I recently had was very dry inside and the pastry was below average. It’s very sad, as they used to be so delicious

As regular customers not being told that the item you order all the time is no longer being made, quite rudely, then to be hung up on when they don't like what you're suggesting. This place use to be amazing, shame.
