    Worst agency in sydney, less than one star rating

    took in a overcrowding tenant to my unit, who got kickout by strata after a few weeks of moving, neglected to inform me of that. then brought in another troubling tenant, at well below the market rate, i can't even raise the rent due to the contract they signed without my consent.

    when tenant decided to take me to tribunal, surprise surprise, the agency felt they no longer wanted to represent me the land lord or the unit.

    each of them are more retarded and irresponsible than the last, especially simon and carlos.

    There should be no star awarded to this dodgy agency.
    This agency does not take care of you as the renter either.
    They will exploit you as the renter and tries to squeeze the money out of you when returning the bond money.
    When there is a problem, no one in the agency help or assist you as the tenant, but when the time it is for rent increase, they will use any means necessary to threatens you with eviction, termination, or even verbal abuse just like the other reviewer mentioned in this review.
    Stay away from this agent if you can.
