What started out as a professional service quickly disintegrated into unprofessional 'she said, he said' between us and the moving team especially when they weren't given vital communication by the office staff. To make things worse when we finally got our stuff, we ended up with over $5000 worth of damage and box of computer equipment that somehow disappeared even before the container got onto the ship! To make matters worse they tried to blame their agents in the destination country! It took 4 months to get our insurance settlement with a lot of effort on our part. Steer clear and avoid problems in the long run.
