  This wonderful doctor helped my godmother with her Macular Degeneration. She is a 69 year old woman who usually dislikes visits to doctors. Yet she speaks so highly of Dr Chang. Because of his warmth, she chose his medical care. Because of his compassion, she was able to afford her surgery. And because of his expertise, she can still see.
  
  Thank you Doctor Chang for saving my godmother’s eyes. You are a gift from God.

  No words to describe how good Dr Andrew Chang is.. absolutely brilliant. I had retina tear and my eyes was very complex due to complex lenses implant, Dr couldn’t fix it with laser so he did operation to fix my eye. Successful surgery. Thank You Dr Andrew Chang.
