    As a Real Estate Agent who has recommended EBM for over a decade, I am extremely disappointed with the service I received and the outcome of the claim for my own investment property. I would recommend doing your research before purchasing one of their policies..

    Having taken the landlord insurance in NSW, the company did not advise majority of claims like fencing due to storm is not covered in NSW. It applies only in Queensland and WA. And proof of storm should also be provided. Other claims are also very restricted and should be less than 15 years old. I burnt my fingers with this insurance.
