Right from when I was admitted to hospital they were friendly, reassuring - and even had stern words to an unhelpful nurse for me!
My claim was paid in full, they were great to deal with, really genuinely caring and funny! - John L Added January 29, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Extremely poor, insensitive and heartless corporate position. Fast Cover would not honour a claim of less than 2k for a 71year old lady that fell ill during a cruise. Because she was unaware of the EXACT policy stipulation and did not have the resource to check "exact procedure" of medical examination at the time of illness the cover was denied regardless of the qualifying evidence presented upon return and under care back home. She never had any previous claims and always paid for their coverage on all holidays. Terribly inconsiderate position to take for a company that advertises with phrases like "Travel Insurance Shouldn't Be Complicated!" and "24/7 Fast Help" (2 months to process a DENY) or even "Travel With Confidence"... Staff on the phone appeared to be helpful but I suppose they are bound by their employer to act without compassion.
