  Great collection of items on display across the 2/3 floors and adequate stock availability (of course except for most of the handbags in lady collection). The waiting time to get in would be approximately 1-2 hours on the weekend. Could be faster on the weekday but I’m not sure. I strongly recommend to make an appointment before heading down.

  Shopping here is an undeniably opulent experience! With a focus on exclusive production, this brand offers limited products, which adds to its exceptional allure. Given their non-mass-produced approach, it's understandable that we may have to wait for unavailable items, leaving our wishes in anticipation. I'm thrilled with the company's exclusivity offering.

  I am a local and prefers to invest at our local Sydney store. Just want to say thank you very much Ping for a very enjoyable session we had yesterday. She did not push me into buying stuff I did not like but instead she let me enjoyed my session with her and helped me decide to what I would want to buy. I really love & respect Hermes brand and since I found a lovely SA in Ping, I did not think twice to buy nice things from her because I felt her warm, genuineness, so I trusted her advice and I started my H journey with her. She is very very humble and easy to talk to. My husband and I travel alot and was thinking to buy interstate or international but with my lovely session with Ping yesterday. I know we we made the right decision to stay loyal in our local Sydney store. They say good people deserves to be surrounded by good people too. Can’t wait for my next session with her… special thanks too to Taylor..

  Had to wait in queue outside prior going into the store - waited circa 20mins.
  This store is actually very big - ground floor has watch, scarves, bags and etc...
  Lower floor had homeware, furniture and clothes for men and women including shoes.
  Staff super nice, knowledgable and helped us a lot!
  Really wanted to cop that infamous black sandal but wasn't the right size unfortunately
