Unprofessional, uncooperative and rude staff. Had to return my rental by 5 PM.I ran 10 minutes late and they said they couldn't wait. But as per the rental agreement I had half an hour extra time to return it to the station. By the time i arrived the station was closed. So I returned my car the next morning - they still charged me for a full day!!!
@Hertz: maybe you should consider retraining your weekend staff how to be professional and offer better customer service! I was called up twice to be "reminded" that they are about to close soon - to me it sounded more like "I want to go home, so show up". VERY RUDE
In addition to that, the rental had scratches & dents all over it. I'm not picky about that but other car rental providers offer a much better value!
