The staff were very helpful and let me exchange it over for a new kit and also let me swap the paints purchased for the colours required for the new model. They have an extensive array of modelling tools and paints. Can be rather expensive in comparison to online stores, but you are paying for the convenience of having a comprehensive store in the QVB
