    Worst customer experience ever! Bought a Macbook charger and wanted to return it because it got extremely hot! Agreed in message and in person that I could return in any case, he did not even give a receipt! I wanted to return it and buy a cable instead and he started claiming rudely that it was his shop he was dictating the rules! Finally gave a cable which he wanted to test in front of me but could not prove it was working! I accepted a $10 ,restocking fee, just to get rid of him. Never go there!

    Great experience at Hywood. Edward was very helpful and was able to help me at every step of building a new computer. 10/10 would recommend :)
