No flexibility to swap the cake with profiteroles and pay the difference..

We grabbed 5 cuppacinos. It tasted like warm milk. There was no taste of coffee, no froth or chocolate on top. Advised your waitress and she replied 'I didn't make it'. Then walked off.
So as we left without drinking it, we didn't want to leave it on the table, so we took it to the staff to throw it out. I said there is no coffee taste. It tastes like warm milk. The guy that was on the register turns around and says that's just the way it is. I said well that's not right.
I think you need to get better staff and train them. Would never go back or recommend.

I have repeated my order for 2 times and they didn’t bring the coffee and their excuse was that the manager forgot to include it. When I was ordering he was checking around and didn’t listen. That’s ridiculous guys, change your attitude towards your clients ;) other than that Lindt is very successful in their products and everything was very delicious!!!
