  I love the layout and ease of navigation. The customer service this evening was excellent. But they regularly leave the floor understaffed so you might have to wait a while for service.
  
  I phoned ahead and the sales rep had the display product ready to plug in and demonstrate.
  
  Had some trouble with an online order of saucepans and they gave me a bit of grief in the store before finally agreeing to replace the set. The sales rep flat out accused me of using the set and to contact online ordering and post back (despite being told otherwise on the phone). The manager looked very angry and disgusted for me asking for a replacement but processed it. Be careful of ordering online. If it wasn't for that bad experience, I'd rate it higher.
  
  They also have some arrogant staff in menswear that refused to give me a simple myer plastic bag for some books I was carrying. Their argument was that I could conceal products in the bag...disappointing.
  
  But as a plus, the Italian work shoes I bought were replaced no questions asked after the sole broke. They even offered a full refund if it breaks again. So it really depends on which staff member you get on the day.
  
  This store was upmarket in its heyday. Clearly it's still a bit in decline.
