  This company is the epitome of how not to run a business! I paid over $2,000 for a new Acer laptop and like many other people was advised incorrectly of a delivery timeframe of 3 days. I contacted PCNTech daily after waiting for more than 3 weeks, and frequently the phone rang out. When I did get through I was given every excuse as to why the shipment was delayed, however none of these excuses even made sense (nobody there speaks very clear English). I ended up cancelling my order and they then told me that I was unable to cancel as they had already paid the courier, however they were unable to give me a tracking number or any proof that the product was on its way. I went to Consumer Affairs and have since received an email from PCNTech with the order update "Cancelled - need refund", however it has been two weeks and no refund yet. Consumer Affairs left me a message this morning that PCNTech has advised them they have already refunded my money...and when I contacted PCNTech again to discuss this they told me the accounts person was not there so they can't provide proof of payment. Also I'd like to mention that when I had previously demanded to speak to the boss there I was told he was unavailable, and when I asked for a name they gave me "Rob Wilson" who I noticed is the only person on the internet to have given this company a good review as a supposed consumer...how coincidental! The lesson I've learnt here is that cheaper is not always better and I urge you not to be tempted by PCNTech's cheaper pricing! Stay Away!
