The male technician that did my full set acrylic was super rough when filing and lacked technique. My nails were really bumpy (from the uneven powder), and shape and paint were not great either. I had to get them re-done 2 days later at another store and the ladies there could not believe it either. The service however was very good however I will not be coming back.

Asked the guy if someone was coming to do my pedi (he was the one free opening the water to put my feet on when I arrived and had gone to do the mani of a girl that arrived after me) and he said yes. 5 minutes later a girl starts doing the pedi of the girl next to me that had also arrived AFTER me. They were also talking about me in another language. Just left with wet feet. Absolutely shocking place. My recommendation is to keep distance from Professionails.

They were all flat in terms of shape- doesn’t look like a nail at all. The texture is all bumpy and the painting so dodgy. DO NOT go here. Also quite expensive AND when I went back for a refund they said they couldn’t provide that. Complete scam
