The experience with him was amazing and I left with one of the best hair cuts I've ever had. Come back today and he was busy so settled for the lady with the dark hair to give me a cut. Well I can quite confidently say I've just walked away with one of worst cuts I've had. I think she could tell I wasn't very happy with so avoided asking how it was. She didn't really listen to what I said when I sat down. I asked for a line in my hair where my hair split and don't even know to call the mess she left. I was left basically hoping she will fix her mistakes but left almost in tears but didn't want to make a scene. So disappointed
