  For years my husband has been getting ripped off by lazy over the hill accountants that can't be bothered to do their jobs properly.
  Today we went to these awesome guys and they got us back five times as much!! We highly recommend them to everyone

  Can’t recommend The Tax Factor enough - Efficient, knowledgeable and they go above and beyond to meet your accounting/business needs no matter the size. Bachir and the team are prompt and concise, spotting things that had been previously overlooked by previous accountants while also keeping the customer experience at the forefront. Highly recommend!

  Booked in three different times. Two times with one accountant and one time with another. No one called either of those times and have wasted weeks of my time. The first accountant didn't bother replying to my email either. This was all after being told by the receptionist that the appointments have been made and I should be expecting a call. Like I said, a total waste of time.
  
  If you're after some timely service this ain't it.

  I had an excellent tax agent. Who listens and involved me in preparing my tax. When you book an appointment before going there is pretty much no waiting. I will recommend everyone to try them. I have been going to them since 2015 and never had issues

  I will never deal with these tax people again! They made a complete mess of my tax return last year by apparently loosing all the data on the computer, I made an appointment this year thinking I would give them a second chance, I rang the day before to confirm my appointment which was all good but when I arrived to find no-one at the office in Chatswood I phoned to be told it was put down for the next week?? which I certainly wasn't told that on the phone the day before which was also verified by the lady who took my call. I find this to be totally un-professional and an inconvenience. I have gone back to my old Tax agents at least they are reliable!!!
