  Amazing service ! I've had issues with Telstra on and off for years but the guys at the George St store really care about me as the customer and know their stuff. Fixed a problem for me that had been ongoing for 3 months and in the process found me a much better internet and phone plan that gave me the data limits I need all while saving me money. Thank you to The greeters at the door, Andrew and Lincoln- you guys give Telstra a great name

  Having been served within seconds of walking in ( a positive start!), I had reasonably good hopes of this being a good experience for me.
  
  The team member who served me, whilst he and two other members attempted to fix the problem I had, never listened to me so I could explain what steps I had already taken and that I was actually enquiring about the help ticket for this problem that HAD already been created.
  
  The straw the broke the camel's back was being invited into their larger sales expert bar area and being left waiting for an hour (yes, I do know how long it was), unattended with no one checking on me, until I walked out.
