  My family and I were looking for a peal necklace for my grandmother. Volle jewellery were able to offer us a perfect one with a great price at boxing day. The employees showed their professionalism through excellent customer service and were willing to help us in a patient manner. We were very happy and we highly recommend this place.!

  Very professional, lovely and patient staff. The gentleman who served me had excellent advice and understood quickly what type of design I was after and really helped me pick the perfect Christmas presents, right in my budget (even lower than I expected to spend!). Would recommend 100%!

  Friendly and helpful staff helped me to choose exactly what I need. Not only full description of a selected gem you can get but also if you have time don't lose a chance to listen to an exceptional guidance to the world of opals. It was not just shopping but like an excursion! I was so excited and charmed with it. What is also important you can get your tax free refund right on the spot and a certificate to your genuine stone. The atmosphere is lovely and I truly recommend this place to get presents to your beloved or get some luxury for yourself

  Very nice experience in the store. My fiancee wanted to have a quick look at some opals and ended up spending 2.5 hours here and buying 2 sets of earrings.
  
  Service is really lovely, and not pushy at all. Julia was a delight to work with and helped us pick out 2 very nice earrings.

  I am an opal lover and collector. If you want to see a collection of the most beautiful opals and opal jewellery in Australia (as well as coloured diamonds from Argyle and unbelievable pearls) visit Volle first. You will be amazed. The staff is helpful, friendly and informative. They speak 11 languages between them. The showroom is in an historic building right across York Street from the Queen Victoria Building in the Sydney CBD. Just to be in the showroom makes one feel royal. I love Volle!!!
