When I went to receive money sent to me via Western Union, I could not clearly see the name of the sender on the transfer form that was sent to me. I explained to the girl that it could be one of two people sending the money and she began to criticise me that this was fraudulent and how could I not know. I explained to her again that I know who sent it – it is one of two people. I asked her to show me where, on their Western Union form, the senders name should be. She refused and accused me of fraud and that she would be reporting it!!
I literally called the police due to the accusation and threat from this girl. When they finally arrived, I explained the situation and showed them the form, asking them to find the name, and they could not!!
The police clearly confirmed that no fraud had been committed and that I should just go to another WU office – I will gladly do that!!

The customer service says same memorized lines no matter how many times you call them. Money just gets stuck without any reason. Never ever gonna send through western union. Complete Waste of Time!!
