  So disappointed that such a “so called” reputable brand is so disrespecting of its customers. To not honour the ticketed price but to give the excuse that “they haven’t had time to increase the advertised price” is inexcusable and very un-Australian. We will not return and you have lost what would’ve been 5 very loyal and valuable customers. Anyone looking to buy here - beware!!

  We were served by Ursula who helped us choose a beautiful pearl necklace. My daughter got for it for my birthday and it was a very nice piece. Ursula is very experienced, patient and friendly. The Paspaley pearls are very high quality. I highly recommend Ursula if you are looking to get your next pearl present! Thanks!

  I bought a pair of beautiful Lavalier earrings yesterday. Kevin, the sales manager who helped me compare different styles of earrings, is very patient, knowledgeable and artistic. And the boutique manager Priya is impressive, very customer-centric and professional. During a small incident where I initially misunderstood the design of the Jewellery she absolutely demonstrated a high end company’s ways of working with customers. The whole experience made me totally trust and admire the quality of Paspaley’s products and services.

  Had Katherine today, so lucky got my dreaming chocker by chance and a pair of cute studs. Mandarin speaking staff makes the particular details more clearer. I’m ensured by Katherine’s knowledge, sense of jewelry and making the best choices for clients. Will definitely be back with her next time.

From the moment the brass doors open you will be taken on a journey through the senses and to top of your purchases you will even get a glass of champagne!! Make sure you ask for the VIP treatment cause if you can afford to shop here you can afford to be spoilt here !!!
